Job Summary
Conduct client interactions via phone or email to identify primary vehicle concerns and schedule appropriate appointments. Follow scheduling procedures by checking for open recalls, verifying client information, and accurately documenting complaints. Print repair orders for the next day's business to ensure smooth operations. Maintain integrity by offering only items of value to clients. Requires exceptional customer service skills, strong phone and computer abilities, a valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a Saturday rotation. Hourly rate of $16.00.
