Job Summary
Assess customer needs, recommend products and services, and perform entry-level vehicle tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services while ensuring timely completion. Resolve customer issues and handle store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, and display maintenance. Flex between front-of-store sales interactions and back-shop service tasks as required, occasionally acting as Manager-On-Duty to support development. Complete required store education courses and modules to learn all aspects of store systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid automobile driver's license
- Customer service and career growth mindset
- Ability to complete required store education courses and modules required for this position
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
- Ability to learn and operate store systems
- Must be able to complete required store education courses and modules required for this position

Desired Qualifications
- 2-year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the growth mindset that is needed in this candidate
- Previous consumer retail sales experience
- Previous automotive experience a plus
- Previous management/supervisory experience a plus
