Service and Reverse Logistics Program Manager

Job Summary

Develop and execute long-term logistics strategies to support organizational growth, including network optimization and warehouse capacity planning. Manage large-scale logistics projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet timeline, budget, and quality standards. Lead vendor operational performance and relationships while driving cost optimization and championing operational excellence across depots in 71 countries. Implement robust program governance structures, provide regular communication of results, and detailed financial reporting to executive stakeholders. Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement lean methodologies or technological solutions to streamline distribution and fulfillment processes. Utilize advanced analytics and supply chain software to monitor key performance indicators. Partner with internal departments to align with market demand and financial targets. Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions. Lead change management initiatives and oversee internal/external communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new logistics processes and technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in diverse logistics roles
  • A minimum of 7 years of general business experience
  • Demonstrated experience in global, cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated experience with logistics software and systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects using methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP
  • Demonstrated expertise in Change Management principles and application
  • AI literacy and experience with AI Tool Prompting
  • Experience with AI-driven logistics solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority
  • Professional proficiency in English

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management within a corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred
  • Professional certification such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) is a significant asset
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and domestic transportation laws
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification is highly preferred
  • Strong capabilities in Client Management and relationship building
  • Familiarity with Cisco Services operations is considered an advantage
