Service and Parts Advisor

Permanent, full-time Service & Parts Advisor role delivering outstanding customer service and acting as the key link between customers and the workshop. Responsibilities include managing service bookings, explaining repairs, timelines and costs in clear terms, coordinating with technicians for efficient service delivery, ordering and supplying parts, providing accurate pricing and product advice, maintaining parts inventory and system records, supporting workshop scheduling, and ensuring compliance with warranty processes and standards. Requires experience in automotive service, parts or customer service, plus a NZ driver licence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Located in Queenstown, NZ (onsite work).
