Job Summary
Provide repair and installation services to customers in a courteous and professional manner, managing on-site tasks, troubleshooting technical problems, and diagnosing errors. Lead small stand-alone jobs as a project lead for equipment upgrades and expansions, providing direction and supervision to level 1 installers while maintaining inventory levels in the van. Complete complex equipment installation such as IO x-ray and ceiling mounted systems independently, ensuring work orders are reviewed with customers prior to departure and closed daily for billing. Submit all job-related paperwork and comply with OSHA regulations and fleet management policies while communicating progress to dispatchers.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of dental industry experience

- Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems

- Interpersonal/ communication skills
- Proven ability to administer on time and accurately (work orders, FSRs, concur, e-time, RMA's, 2579 reporting, etc.)
