Job Summary
Service/Install Technician responsible for coordinating and executing installation requests within the district, managing all installations, confirming product/equipment availability, ensuring high-quality installations in one visit, maintaining installation schedules, and providing inter-district support. Responsibilities include inventory control, submitting asset movement forms for installed equipment, using handheld software to record parts/equipment, maintaining equipment manuals, supporting service issues, and maintaining company-issued assets. Requires strong customer service, mechanical aptitude (plumbing/electrical), troubleshooting, the ability to lift 60 lbs, and the ability to operate company vehicles. High school diploma or equivalent is required; on-call flexibility and a focus on efficient, quality installations are expected.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to operate assigned vehicles in compliance with corporate fleet policy
- Strong mechanical aptitude (plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
- Demonstrated ability to support value-added product offerings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Experience in warewashing or laundry preferred
