Service Analyst, Outsourced Service (6 months)

Job Summary
Manage Inter Group Agreements (IGAs) and associated outsourcing assessments by establishing, creating, and maintaining service agreements with external providers. Own the production and maintenance of an accurate service portfolio, ensuring ICT components including cloud, cybersecurity, and technology dependencies are captured within service definitions. Support Service Owners by providing guidance on service management alignment and embedding the outsourcing framework to promote a strong third-party risk culture. Monitor KPIs and KRIs to track outsourcing activity, proactively identify enhancements for automation, and resolve contractual disputes while adhering to relevant policies and controls. This 6-month role requires experience in cost management, risk frameworks, and ITIL principles to ensure customer service is never compromised.
