Service Analyst - Crushing Equipment

Job Summary
Technical Service Leader for crushing and screening equipment responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, interpreting schematics, mentoring technicians, and delivering field and shop support to improve repair quality. Travel to job sites for diagnostics, commissioning, setup, and decommissioning; serve as the technical authority and collaborate with OEMs to resolve difficult equipment problems while maintaining safety standards and rapid-response capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on crushing & screening equipment repair
- Expert-level troubleshooting in heavy equipment systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics
- Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and specialty equipment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to support and mentor others
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (under 26,000 GVW vehicles)
- Willingness to travel (out of state when needed) and work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
- Must maintain personal tools, up to 3/4” drive
- Commitment to safety and clean work standards
