Job Summary
Maintain effective communication with residents, supervisors, and family members while upholding the facility's mission and values. Perform directed tasks including passing newspapers, answering call lights, and delivering meal trays, strictly adhering to training limits and supervision. Cooperate with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for resident services. This role supports a faith-based senior living community in Southwest Wisconsin, offering PM shift coverage (2pm–10pm) for candidates enrolled in the Certified Nursing Aide Program. Illuminus helps older adults live long and well through collaborative leadership and caring stewardship.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in Certified Nursing Aide Program that starts within the month of hire date
- Excellent communications and human relation skills
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives
- Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers
