SERVICE AGENT

Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage and manage patient scheduling within the radiology department. Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance. Coordinate with referring physicians to interpret imaging results and document findings in the electronic health record system. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards during all procedures. This role requires full-time availability with on-call rotation for emergency coverage.
