Service Advisor

Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and service technicians to deliver accurate repair estimates, schedule service, gather vehicle data, clearly document issues on repair orders, and communicate warranty and maintenance recommendations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, test-driving with the customer when needed, reviewing service history, ensuring quality control to prevent comebacks, maintaining up-to-date pricing and forms, obtaining customer authorization and payment details, and delivering excellent customer service while explaining completed work and charges. Requires 1+ years in a service-advisor role or related field; Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred; strong computer and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information and follow dealership policies. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
