Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism, guiding them through the service process with clear communication. Write and manage repair orders while coordinating with technicians, presenting recommended services and maintenance options. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their visit to ensure a smooth, organized, and productive service department. This role requires multitasking in a moderate noise level environment with frequent movement throughout the dealership.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
