Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism, guiding them through the service process with clear communication. Write and manage repair orders while coordinating with technicians, presenting recommended services and maintenance options to drive sales. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their visit to ensure a smooth, organized, and productive department. This role requires multitasking in a moderate noise level environment with frequent movement throughout the dealership. PTO starts Day 1, and the team offers a supportive culture with 97% of promotions coming from within.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
