Conduct customer service and sales duties for Japanese and Asian vehicle repairs while maintaining a positive demeanor and knowledge of car service. Manage service appointments and ensure all work is completed correctly, adhering to the company motto of doing things right and the right thing. Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for shop mobility.
