Job Summary
Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer descriptions; verifies warranty coverage by examining records and papers; develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles; prepares repair orders (RO); handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards; periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience: A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
- Abilities: Excellent oral and written communications; interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes
