Job Summary
Service Advisor-Writer at Campers Inn RV: Identify RV problems and services by listening to customer symptoms; verify warranty and service-contract coverage; develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; prepare repair orders; handle customer complaints and maintain high customer-satisfaction standards; monitor repair progress and communicate RV status to customers; requires high school diploma; 1 year RV service experience preferred; flexible hours including evenings and weekends; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with company computer systems (Motility Systems2K) and other software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Knowledge of Motility Systems2K or willingness to learn
- Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
