Job Summary
Service Advisor/Writer identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer descriptions, verifies warranty and service-contract coverage, develops estimates of materials and labor, prepares repair orders, handles customer concerns, and keeps customers informed of status during RV servicing. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least some RV service experience preferred, strong oral and written communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to move RVs and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required. Familiarity with Motility Systems2K and other applicable software is expected. Location is Milford, MA with in-person work schedule 8am-4:30pm Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience: A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of company computer systems, including Motility Systems2K
