Coordinate with workshop technicians to monitor job progress and completion, ensuring all service documentation and systems remain up to date and compliant. This role is key to building long-lasting customer relationships by managing expectations and delivering excellent service throughout the vehicle servicing journey.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive customer support role
- Strong communication skills
