Job Summary
Service Advisor responsible for overseeing service orders and the flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service. Provides concierge support for owner inquiries (phone or in person), allocates technicians' time to service customers, distributes work among technicians, answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, maintains customer satisfaction scores, assists in diagnosing vehicle problems and orders parts/tools as needed, reinforces company policies and standards, ensures compliance with applicable laws, maintains good relationships with factory(s), and requires excellent customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, professional appearance, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; includes pass drug testing, MVR/insurability, and background check. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Location: Fremont, CA (Premier Subaru of Fremont).
