Service Advisor

Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout scheduling, maintenance, and repairs. Clearly explain maintenance needs, repairs, and options with transparent pricing, identify additional services to maximize revenue while protecting vehicle longevity, and accurately document customer concerns, service orders, repairs, and updates in the dealership systems. Schedule service appointments to optimize workflow and timely delivery, stay current with OEM training and dealership systems, and act as an informal leader by mentoring junior team members. Assist with customer transportation as needed and handle warranties and repair orders efficiently. Reports to the Service Manager and contributes to a positive, high-quality service experience for customers.
