Service Advisor

Provide administrative assistance supporting a high-volume Truck Service team, including diagnostic, repair estimate, commitment of payment, and vital communication as part of the repair process. Open and close repair orders while promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving service follow-up issues. Ask relevant questions regarding repair requests to ensure proper servicing and maintain open communications with technicians, management, and customers regarding job status changes. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, promote cooperation among staff, and assist or lead the dispatch process for driver pickups and deliveries. Perform all other related duties as assigned to support the dealership and its customers.
