Service Advisor

Provide administrative assistance supporting a high-volume Truck Service team, including diagnostic, repair estimate, commitment of payment, and vital communication as part of the repair process. Communicate promptly to address and resolve customer concerns, service follow-up issues, and job status changes while maintaining open lines with technicians and management. Ask relevant questions regarding repair requests to ensure proper servicing, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, and promote cooperation among staff. May assist or lead the dispatch process for driver pickups and deliveries. This 1st shift role offers a stable environment with no schedule fluctuations, fostering an approachable, open communication style within an established dealer serving the mid-Atlantic market.
