Service Advisor

Greet customers, obtain customer and vehicle information, clearly report vehicle symptoms, determine and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history, prepare complete labor and parts cost estimates, establish follow-up times, monitor vehicle progress, verify final invoice accuracy, and explain completed work and charges to customers. Must have at least 1 year in a service department, the ability to lift 50 pounds, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude. Prior dealership experience and knowledge of automobiles are a plus; the role supports long-term career growth within a growing organization.
