Job Summary
Listen to customers to describe problems and services, then prepare service orders, quotes, and invoices. Obtain authorizations, present repair orders to the Foreman, and coordinate with the team to ensure repairs are completed. Engage in upsells and promotions, contact customers for pickup or delivery, and secure payments before releasing vehicles. Update Uptime Pro and answer service calls. This role requires operating machinery, lifting up to 80 lbs, and working inside and outside in varying weather. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drive train and suspension.
