Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for Technicians, coordinate with Service Supervisor/MSRs/PSSRs to meet deadlines, provide customer support and follow-up during and after repairs, open/structure work orders, verify warranty status and customer pay arrangements, source parts and tools, manage invoicing and credits, and assist with warranty/goodwill processing. You will maintain accurate service reports, ensure timely WIP and KPI tracking, and collaborate with Coordinators to ensure timely service delivery. This role involves interacting with customers, ensuring safe and healthy work practices, and leveraging internal training resources to grow professionally. Minimum post-secondary education and a minimum of 5 years in service operations are required.
