Job Summary
Greet customers warmly and promptly, obtain vehicle information, and inspect cars at check-in. Clearly report all vehicle symptoms, determine needed maintenance based on age and history, and prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts. Engage customers to understand and approve recommended services, monitor repair progress, and update them frequently. Verify invoice reconciliation with completed work and explain all charges.
