Job Summary
Service Advisor at Swope Family of Dealerships: responsible for the complete guest service experience from the service drive to vehicle handoff. Maintain CSI ratings, greet guests, advise on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications, clearly communicate repair timelines, follow up on estimates and pickup times, coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow, document changes on repair orders, resolve guest concerns, and maintain required manufacturer certifications. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, knowledge of current vehicle technologies, strong communication, and ability to work in a team with reliable attendance. Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills
