Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process, from write-up to delivery. Translate technical repair information into clear communication that sets accurate expectations and build precise estimates with realistic timelines. Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently while identifying and presenting additional service recommendations. Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation standards. Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that builds trust and keeps guests returning. Requires 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership, with Subaru brand experience preferred. OTE of $50,000 - $100,000+ annually.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Hospitality mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Subaru brand experience
- Familiarity with Subaru service processes, menus, and systems
- Track record of strong CSI and NPS scores and repeat guest relationships
- Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience
- Clear, composed communicator who builds lasting trust with guests and keeps technicians and managers aligned
- Able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or the guest experience
