Job Summary
Service Advisor position at Sunset Kia of Sarasota. As the first point of contact for service customers, you will actively listen to vehicle concerns, create accurate repair orders for technicians, communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers, educate on maintenance needs, provide regular updates throughout the repair process, and maintain professional interactions with customers, technicians, and vendors. The role requires prior experience as a Service Advisor, strong customer service and communication abilities, and proficiency with computers/tablets; experience with X-Time Inspect and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite is a plus. This full-time role operates in a family-focused, locally owned dealership environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License required
- Computer and tablet proficiency required
