Job Summary
Greet customers professionally and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend appropriate services and parts, communicating technician updates to help customers make informed decisions. Provide accurate quotes with completion times, process ticket cash-outs, and conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Track returns and warranty parts while managing daily workflow and acting as the manager on duty when the store manager is absent. Requires prior Service Advisor experience, a valid driver's license, and availability to work five days per week including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday's
