Job Summary
Greet customers professionally and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge and communicate technician updates to enable informed decisions. Provide accurate quotes detailing cost and completion time, then track all returns and warranty parts. Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and cash out tickets after reviewing completed inspections. Work five days per week including weekends with bi-weekly pay and bonuses.
Required Qualifications

- Professional appearance
