Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with vehicle needs, communicating service options, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring a smooth, professional service experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, coordinating with automotive technicians to relay recommendations, promoting appropriate services/parts, updating customers on service status, cashing out tickets with multi-point inspections and warranties, and following up post-service. Requires effective customer interaction, sales capability, problem-solving, teamwork, and a professional appearance; must have a valid driver’s license and be available to work five days including Saturdays. The role is based in Frisco, TX with in-person customer interaction and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday
