Job Summary
Greet customers professionally and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on knowledge, communicate technician updates, and provide accurate quotes with completion timelines. Promote sales of parts and accessories, process ticket cash-outs including warranty explanations, and conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers. Requires prior Service Advisor experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work five days including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday's
