Job Summary
Service Advisor responsible for greeting customers, identifying needs, scheduling appointments, presenting tire and auto service options, and building a loyal customer base; fosters a positive and friendly environment while delivering product information and service recommendations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and customer service experience in a retail environment; strong telephone skills are essential. Automotive service knowledge is a plus, and a proven sales track record in an automotive environment is favorable.
