Job Summary
Service Advisor at Humber Ford Stephenville (as part of Steele Auto Group) serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, interpreting and clarifying symptoms, providing cost estimates, preparing repair orders, and coordinating service appointments, while maintaining customer rapport and automotive records. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work in a team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills: a good listener who can cultivate relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Good organization and learning skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driver's abstract
