Job Summary
Conduct road tests, identify required maintenance, and estimate repair costs for customer vehicles. Advise clients on necessary services, compute labor and parts expenses, and enter itemized estimates on service orders. Schedule appointments with customers while maintaining CSI standards and adhering to dealership repair and order production goals. Submit to background checks and drug tests, and follow all safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Successful track record
- Strong record of positive CSI results
- Team oriented
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
