Job Summary
Identify required maintenance and perform road tests on customer vehicles to determine necessary services. Advise clients on suggested repairs, compute costs for parts and labor, and enter itemized estimates on service orders. Schedule appointments with customers while maintaining CSI standards above designated levels. Meet dealership targets for repair and order production while adhering to all safety and regulatory safeguards.
Required Qualifications
- Successful track record
- Strong record of positive CSI results
- Team oriented
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
