Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, explain available services and promotions, and create service tickets within the system. Coordinate repair schedules with technicians, discuss costs and timelines transparently, and process payments upon completion. Maintain accurate service records, keep the front counter organized, and ensure every interaction reflects Southern Tire Mart's high standards. Requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
