Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and create detailed service repair orders. Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, explaining diagnostic results and maintenance recommendations. Provide accurate cost estimates, schedule appointments, manage workflow, and review completed repair orders with customers. Process payments accurately and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous automotive service experience
- Strong background in retail, customer service, or administrative roles

- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle phone calls, walk-in customers, and paperwork simultaneously
