Service Advisor/Service Writer

Greet customers, answer phones, and schedule appointments while performing vehicle walkarounds and reviewing inspection results. Build estimates, present recommendations, and follow up on declined work to drive sales and customer retention. Support daily shop operations, ensure processes are followed, and assist multiple locations as business needs require. This role offers hourly pay plus performance bonuses, a five-day work week, and a clear path to store leadership.
