Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, and schedule appointments while performing vehicle walkarounds and reviewing inspection results. Build estimates, present recommendations, and follow up on declined work to drive sales and ensure customer retention. Support daily shop operations, assist multiple locations as needed, and help ensure processes are followed to achieve goals. This role offers hourly pay plus performance bonuses, bi-weekly pay, and a clear growth path into store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive service writing experience preferred
