Job Summary
Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform vehicle walkarounds to review inspection results. Build estimates, present recommendations, and follow up on declined work or customer concerns while helping drive sales and retention. Support daily shop operations and assist multiple locations as business needs require, ensuring processes are followed and goals are achieved. This role offers hourly pay plus performance bonuses, a five-day work week, and a clear growth path into store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive service writing experience preferred
