Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor (Customer Service) role at Little Joe's Mitsubishi and Greenbrier Auto Care Center. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, gathering vehicle information, accurately writing up customer information and repairs, pricing parts, communicating with technicians, explaining work and charges on the repair order, entering details into the shop management system, making appointments, delivering high-level customer service, and obtaining customer approval for additional work while detailing the work performed and charges. The position requires automotive experience, sales capability to close deals, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license – clean driving record
