Job Summary
Greet incoming service clients, answer calls, and direct inquiries while documenting transport damage on PDI vehicles and managing loaner agreements. Conduct comprehensive inspections, explain service options and cost estimates to customers, and ensure all work meets Lucid's exacting quality standards before vehicle handover. Review and revise work orders to guarantee accurate documentation, address warranty claim rejections promptly, and acquire signatures for service authorization via DocuSign. This role supports the customer experience team at Lucid, a manufacturer creating exceptional mobility experiences through proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture. Full-time position including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years previous automotive experience
- training in a Service Advisor or Front of House customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to articulate and document details
- Ability to tailor and explain automotive terminology and concepts to customers
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn proprietary DMS software
- Full-time availability
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Willingness to successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Willingness to be available for weekends or extended hours during busy periods
Desired Qualifications
- AA/BS in either Automotive Technology or Business Management
- equivalent work experience to the degree of the degree
- Knowledge of HV systems
- Knowledge of LV systems
- Knowledge of EV powertrains
- Start-up experience
