Job Summary
Service Advisor role at Lucid in Rocklin, CA responsible for delivering excellent customer service throughout the service process: greeting clients, documenting concerns for diagnosis and repair, explaining service options with time and cost estimates, tracking vehicles through maintenance and repair, obtaining client approval and signatures via DocuSign, and collecting payment for customer pay repairs. Also duties include coordinating loaner vehicles (and Lyft as needed), inspecting vehicles, recording damage, ensuring accurate work orders and time punches, addressing warranty rejections promptly, performing final quality checks before vehicle handover, and maintaining CSI KPI while communicating clearly with clients and technicians.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years automotive experience and training in a Service Advisor or Front of House customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and creative thinking
- Ability to articulate and document details
- Ability to explain automotive terminology to customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS software
- Full-time availability including weekends or extended hours
- Willingness to complete CPR training post hire
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within past year
- Drivers under 21 must have license for minimum 3 years and complete Lucid Training on hire
