Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, listen to inquiries, and identify service needs while resolving concerns and selling additional products. Communicate vehicle status and explain necessary repairs, then estimate costs, completion times, and settle accounts. Obtain written approval on all repair orders, create repair orders following a suggested schedule, and inspect finished work for accuracy. Properly input data into the CDK system, answer incoming calls courteously, and assist other Service Advisors as needed. Ensure all repairs are completed on time and as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a paced-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- 2+ years' experience in a service or dealership environment, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and writing skills
