Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional experience from start to finish. Listen to customer concerns and accurately identify service and repair needs. Prepare detailed repair orders, provide accurate estimates, and communicate timelines clearly to technicians. Proactively update customers on repair progress, delays, and additional service needs. Recommend maintenance, upgrades, and accessories that improve motorcycle performance and safety. Schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians and parts personnel, and monitor work in progress to ensure quality standards. Process customer payments, complete service documentation, and maintain accurate records. Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally while supporting dealership goals to build long-term customer relationships.
