Job Summary
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and performs vehicle walk-arounds to document concerns. Writes repair orders, provides accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts, and checks repair progress throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding estimate changes or time impacts while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Advises customers on vehicle care and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications. Follows all safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents immediately to a manager or supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must pass Quirk's pre-employment background check
- Must pass Quirk's drug test
- Must pass Quirk's physical
- Must pass Quirk's motor vehicle record check
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required
- Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
