Job Summary
Field internal and external customer inquiries, open work orders, and maintain control until closed and invoiced. Update customer profiles, prepare warranty submissions, and assist technicians with parts lookup, stock pulling, and MD orders. Manage service accessories, process RO payments, and assist with equipment loading/unloading, truck staging, and parts counter duties. Maintain the service lot for customer pickup and delivery. Requires basic accounting knowledge, forklift operation, and agricultural background. Full-time position in Hertford, NC with competitive base wages and structured bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Knowledge of office procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate forklift
- Good understanding of local conditions with a knowledge of sale and resale values of machinery
- Must be a self-starter with good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to grasp and manipulate tools and parts
- Daily – short and long distances (Driving)
