Job Summary
Book customer vehicle service appointments via phone and email, acting as the main point of contact throughout the visit. Provide clear advice on recommended repairs and additional work, then update customers on progress and discuss repair findings. Create accurate invoices and explain completed work before proactively rebooking clients for future servicing or maintenance. Full training is provided for all candidates, with opportunities for career progression across multiple brands including Volkswagen, SEAT, and Kia.
